Search what users are storing in their mailbox, e.g. attachments.

Report Description
General Mailbox Content This is the base template for exploring the content of mailboxes in the broadest sense of the term. It comes with a highly flexible set of options, such as: Recipient selection by attribute, for example Department, OU, or Server, Aggregation of recipients by attribute, Adjustable levels of detail to cover most requests from management: you can get a total per mailbox only, or drill down to the detail level of the folder, or of the item. The capacity to extract custom properties into an Exploring form (xml format), and then to export that tailor-made report as a CSV file, makes it a definite asset for the Exchange administrator.
Mailbox Folder Size Have you ever wondered how many items users stored in their Deleted or Sent items folders? Run this report against a selection of mailboxes and determine how much space you could save by telling users to archive or delete some of their emails.
Calendar Item Search Get the most out of Outlook Calendars and list appointments and meetings with detail of attendees, duration and used resources. Scan the Calendar of Room mailboxes and calculate their individual occupancy rate.
Recipient Delegate Permissions List all mail-enabled users who have specific permissions on the selected mailboxes, in other words their delegates.
Permissions on Mailbox Folders This report is complementary to Permissions on Mailboxes. It lets you list in detail the various permissions granted on users' mailbox folders.
Delegate Mailings This report is for Exchange Online users. This is because Office 365 does not return tracking information about messages sent by delegates " on behalf of " another mailbox - or "delegator" - and therefore it is impossible to show who sent messages " on behalf of " another Exchange recipient in the traffic reports. The workaround used is to count the Outlook items sent by delegates in the delegator's mailbox. You will first need to enable copying of items sent by delegates into the delegator's Sent Items folder using the following PowerShell command: Set-Mailbox <delegate's email address> -MessageCopyForSendOnBehalfEnabled $true
Message Attachments If you suspect that some mailboxes may host large or dubious attachments, take advantage of the advanced build-in filtering functionalities of this report. Search, filter and track specific file extensions attached to particular Outlook item types that are located in definite mailbox folders.
Message Response Times Measure the activity level of a group of staff, for example salespeople or Customer Service executives, by generating metrics on response time. Get an a simple overview of actions performed on messages in that mailbox, such as items marked as replied or forwarded, and the average response time, or get down to the details and list each item and each action last performed on it.
Message Breakdown by Response Time This report complements Message Response Times by displaying message response time at custom time intervals in a graph. Messages are distributed between 4 types of actions: Forward, Reply to sender, Reply to all.
Item Breakdown by Folder Map out the structure of mailboxes in a simple way: select mailboxes, group them by Mailbox, Department or any other attribute depending on the outcome you want to achieve , and get a histogram showing the relative weight of the Inbox, Sent items, Calendar and other standard mailbox folders.
Item Breakdown by Size Gauging the amount of oversized items stored in users' mailboxes is about as simple as it gets: select mailboxes, group them by Mailbox, Department or any other attribute depending on the outcome you want to achieve , and get a histogram showing the distribution of Outlook items by custom size intervals.
